Plastic Injection Moulding Factory You must be a experienced and a qualified Die Setter, with a minimum qualification Certificate 11, and a minimum of 5-10 years experience. To be considered for this position the suitable candidates must have proven Die Setting Experience coupled with Technical understanding of Injection Moulding. We are looking for a talented die-setter, who is self motivated to join our team. We have built a reputation for delivering high quality products to our customer''s. A commitment to accuracy that ensures attention to detail and problem solving skills will be relied upon in this quality focused environment. Your recent ongoing professional experience will include Qualifications in Die-Setting. Machine start-ups and shut downs. Trouble shooting and Tool Optimization. Review schedules, prepare tooling and Injection Moulding Machine to complete die change. Running Machines efficiently to produce quality products and components. Excellent knowledge in Polymer Materials. Material/Colour Changes and Handling. Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment. Packaging of Products and Components, when required. Able to carry out Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance. Housekeeping Total Preventative Maintenance. Store-man Duties. Experienced in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.(preferred) Experience (preferred) working with robots. Carry out mould trials for new products, Your application will be considered if you: Have full working rights within Australia. Written and verbal communication skills. Forklift License (preferred) Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Report and work with the Plastics Engineer as a team player. Able to work in a high pressure environment. Be able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Must have excellent housekeeping disciplines.
