This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone who thrives in structured, high-pressure environments. Attainment of Sterilisation Services Certificate III with previous experience working in Endoscopy or Sterilising department.2. Sound understanding and knowledge of Infection Control requirements, standards AS/NZS4187 and ISO in a health care setting.3. Ability to work both independently and within the team, in a busy environment with changing priorities and work demands.4. Demonstrated communication skills. Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel / Word), and ordering consumables with Oracle inventory program.6. Knowledge and understanding of WH&S legislation and manual handling techniques to maintain safety of self and others within the workplace.7.
