The Role As a field-based leader, your focus on people and relationships will be crucial to the success of this role. You will guide your team and drive portfolio performance, ensuring service excellence for your clients throughout Canberra and the surrounding areas. While managing your team and client group''s daily operational needs, you will nurture positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our clients'' expectations, and ensure we add value to our client portfolio. A solid understanding of commercial cleaning operations, relationship building, budgets and costs, service delivery, and stakeholder management is vital for success in this role. In this hands-on role, you will: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients, internal teams, and contractors. Oversee operational deliverables and achieve KPIs (both individual and team). Manage both direct labour and service delivery partners. Foster a high-performing culture within your team. Coach and train your team to achieve service excellence. Manage and meet the expectations of our clients and contracts. Visit client sites to conduct regular quality audits. Overnight accommodation may be required occasionally Address escalated service delivery issues. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all.
