This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of complex and strategic projects across the lifecycle that often impact many, if not all, divisions of the RACT Group. This hands-on role will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to define and document business processes, elicit requirements and support projects through to completion and embedment. Successful candidates will have: Demonstrated experience as a business analyst supporting business transformation, digital and/or system implementation projects. Demonstrated experience in BPMN and requirements documentation (epics, user stories and acceptance criteria). Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for business analysis (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence). Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes on time and within budget. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise and present complex information into formats that resonate with the target audience.
