Deliver high-quality, play-based programs that reflect childrens interests and developmental needs. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community. Oversee daily operations, admin, staffing, budgeting and compliance. Be the heart of a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Engage with families and children to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Oversee program development that aligns with educational standards and community needs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and positive setting.
