Deliver high-quality, play-based programs that reflect childrens interests and developmental needs. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community. Oversee daily operations, admin, staffing, budgeting and compliance. Be the heart of a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Engage with families and children to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Oversee program development that aligns with educational standards and community needs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and positive setting. What You Bring to the Role Minimum 2 years'' experience in education and care Diploma in Childrens Services (or equivalent) Demonstrated leadership in a childcare or OSHC setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and child protection requirements A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting childrens wellbeing and development Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain) NSW Working with Children Check + Driver''s Licence Perks with Purpose, Because You Matter In addition to being part of an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in people''s lives you will also enjoy: Increase your take home pay through tax savings up to $18,550 p.a.
