Painter & Decorator For this full-time position, you will: Perform high-quality painting, surface preparation, and finishing on various surfaces, ensuring attention to detail and a flawless finish. Apply protective coatings, sealants, and other products according to manufacturer specifications. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain clear communication on progress and challenges. Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years post training experience in painting and decorating, with expertise in both interior and exterior projects. Qualifications in Painting and Decorating (Certificate III or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in commercial, residential, and/or industrial painting. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
