Job Description Join us at Croydon, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers35 hours per week, including 5 non-contact paid admin hours. Youll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Why JAG? About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: Youll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. #junioradventuresgroup Qualifications If you have a passion for supporting children, wed love to hear from you!
