About the role Bedingfeld Park Aged Care is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Lead to join our dedicated team at our aged care facility in Pinjarra, WA. As the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Hours of Work Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 3pm What you''ll be doing Providing clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of resident care, making adjustments as needed Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to resident care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation Promoting a positive and supportive work environment Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards What we''re looking for Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration Minimum of 5 years'' experience in a clinical nursing role, must have aged care experience.
