Managing the portfolio for the Capital program to include financial reporting. Working in a warehouse environment receiving deliveries and liaising with customers in regards to delivery times.You will be responsible for coordinating many aspects across MPE, including receipting and approval of invoices, and raising PO''s to ensure timely delivery of new MPE.This is a temporary role for 9 months.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description.About youYou bring extensive experience in procurement and purchasing of minor plant and equipment within a warehouse environment.You have sound knowledge of the minor plant asset management lifecycle coupled with an understanding of quality assurance and best practice principles.You bring high levels of computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP.You will hold a current forklift and driving licence.Who we areTransport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
