Youll be responsible for delivering highquality beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to a high standard Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Operate POS systems and handle payments Follow RSA guidelines and ensure responsible service at all times Work collaboratively with frontofhouse and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a restaurant or bar environment Strong cocktailmaking skills and product knowledge Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable, punctual, and wellpresented Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Current RSA certificate required What We Offer Flexible parttime or fulltime hours Staff discounts and meal benefits Opportunities to grow and develop within the business Job Types: Parttime, Fulltime, Work Location: In person Pay: $27.00 $38.00 per hour Work Location: In person
