About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to step into a Physio Team Leader role where youll balance clinical work with leadership and mentoring. Youll: Support and mentor a growing team of paediatric physiotherapists (We have a team of 6 Physio''s) Lead by example with high quality, family centred care Contribute to team development, culture, and clinical excellence Work closely with leadership to shape the future of our Physio team; you will have extensive support as your find your comfort in this role. Youll have the assistance of our Director (APA titled Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience) and our OT Team Leader and Wellbeing and Operations Manager Maintain a manageable clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities Why is this role available? Our current Physio team leader is progressing into a new role (at CKT) so this is an exciting role that has never been available since CKT opening over 5 years ago! Diverse Caseloads Youll LoveFrom babies to teens (and some young adults), youll treat a wide range of conditionsfrom developmental delays to neurological and MSK presentations. Advanced Equipment and technology Were equipped with Spidercage, PediaSuit, CME/DMI, Lusio, and heaps of fun resources to keep therapy engaging and the best we can for our clients! We''re always looking to find ways to make our therapy fun and meaningful for the kids and for our team! Admin Time Thats ProtectedEnjoy at least an hour each day for notes and a breather. We monitor caseloads closely to prevent burnout and support wellbeing. We work with our team to create schedules that meet their goals. Designed especially for us! Were Looking For Someone Who... Has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or higher) with over 5 years experience as a Physiotherapist and with extensive professional development in paediatrics and experience Current AHPRA registration and relevant insurance; Must have permanent work rights with no restrictions and permanent residency Is a natural leader who enjoys supporting others and building a positive team culture values connection, teamwork, and making a genuine difference in the lives of children and families Is excited by growth and wanting to be part of something evolving Has (or is willing to obtain) First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Police Check Is enthusiastic, has Great communication skills and adaptability to connect with clients and our team; and loves working with children Lives our values of kindness and respect, going above and beyond and striving to be better; our values are very important to our team and what make our culture so special so are a MUST!
