Our goal is to be the very best at what we do CASUAL POSTION - HUNTER REGION Maitland - Cessnock - Muswellbrook - Singleton What is this role all about? This role is a dual position which involves both Customer Service and Vehicle Preparation. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability. Duties include but are not limited to : Create a positive customer experience via phone and in person Complete Rental and Return transactions efficiently and accurately Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers Wash, vacuum sanitise vehicles to a high standard ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and maintained to the highest standard. Transporting vehicles as required. What do we need from you? To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous Customer Service Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Leadership and decision making skills Ability to work alone and as part of a team Computer and keyboard skills are essential Flexibility of working hours across across weekdays + Saturday You must hold a current NSW driver''s license Ability to travel and work across Hunter Valley locations as required ***Experience in Rental Car Industry would be an advantage but is not essential **** What do you get?
