Director Service Industries Based in Windsor and Parramatta Ongoing position available Total Remuneration Package Range starting from $239,251 $264,197 Your roleAs the Director, Service Industries, you will lead the delivery of critical internal services that underpin safe, efficient and highquality operations across NSW correctional centres. You will oversee statewide food services, textiles, laundry, logistics, buyups and associated commercial operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards while driving costeffectiveness, capability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will shape how core services support custodial operations, deliver inmate employment and training opportunities, and contribute to broader rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes.What youll doAs the Director Service Industries, you will: Lead the delivery of highquality internal service industries, including food services, textiles, laundry, logistics and buyups ensuring operational excellence, safety and compliance. Oversee inmate nutrition programs, food production and HACCPaligned food safety systems to deliver consistent, costeffective and highstandard meal services. Drive efficient logistics, warehousing and distribution operations to support correctional centres statewide. Lead commercial operations that provide essential inmate products and employment pathways, maximising vocational training and contributing to reduced reoffending. Build and lead highperforming teams, strengthening workforce capability, WHS culture and continuous improvement across all internal services. Click here to read more about the role.What were looking for Executivelevel experience leading large, complex operational or servicedelivery portfolios in highrisk or dynamic environments. Strong commercial, operational and compliance expertise, including experience with food safety, logistics, textiles, or similar multifaceted service industries. Proven ability to lead dispersed workforces, drive performance and embed highquality service standards across multiple operational sites. Highly developed communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to shape outcomes across diverse internal and external partners. A commitment to ethical leadership, cultural safety, inclusion and highperformance environments, supported by relevant qualifications and experience.
