This role will be based in the Illawarra region, with occasional travel to the Shoalhaven region required. Payrate: $50.68/hour + NFP Salary Packaging + KM reimbursement Hours per week: Full time, 38 hours/ week. We are open to a part-time role for the right candidate. Support direct care workers through education and guidance to maintain best practice clinical standards Coordinate services across health providers and community stakeholders to meet participants changing needs. What were looking for Essential Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Demonstrated experience working with complex clients in aged care, disability, or community settings Demonstrated clinical leadership and mentoring capability Current NSW Drivers Licence Current First Aid Certificate Desirable (highly regarded) Advanced clinical assessment and case management experience Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Support at Home program Experience in palliative care, dementia, or endoflife care Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance Why CatholicCare Wollongong?
