You will be part of a collaborative, high performing group that advises government and private sector clients on technology, privacy and complex commercial matters, with the support of a broader national team. Your new roleThis is a broad commercial role with a technology focus. You will work across a mix of advisory and transactional matters, with exposure to high quality clients and the opportunity to run smaller files with increasing autonomy. Key responsibilities include: Advising on strategic outsourcing and managed services arrangements Advising on procurement of technology and communications solutions Supporting work involving emerging technologies, including AI Advising on privacy, data protection, intellectual property and data assets Drafting and negotiating commercial documents and supporting stakeholder engagement Contributing to practical, modern delivery of legal advice for clients and internal teams What you will need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: 2 to 4 years post admission experience in commercial work relevant to technology, privacy, IP, data or procurement Strong drafting skills and clear, practical advice style Confidence managing competing deadlines and maintaining billing discipline Strong stakeholder engagement skills, you build trust quickly and communicate well Hybrid flexibility between home and the office High quality work across technology, privacy and commercial transactions Strong development support and national team collaboration Additional leave initiatives, including a wellness day, plus further leave options depending on eligibility An annual home office, fitness and wellbeing allowance Access to technology discounts and employee benefits What you need to do now If you are interested in this opportunity, click apply now to forward an up to date copy of your CV.
