Somekeyaccountabilitiesof the roleinclude Prepare, coordinate and review executive and ministerial briefs, submissions,reportsand correspondence, providing quality assurance to ensure all materials areaccurate,comprehensiveand delivered within requiredtimeframesincluding matters for discussion with the Minister, Department Executive and other key public and private sector stakeholders. Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of administrative practices, governance frameworks,systemsand procedures to optimise operational efficiency and support the achievement of high-quality outcomes. Providetimely,accurateadvice and information to stakeholders on operational, financial and peoplemanagement, supporting performance programs, monitoring and reporting on expenditure and risks in line with established plans, budgets,timeframesand organisationalobjectives. Develop and implement procedures and systems to manage operational requirements, supportanalysis, inform decision-making and ensure associated program sustainability. Manage,prepareand review high-level complex communications across the private and public sectors,ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support the achievement of business requirements. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in the delivery of effective stakeholder engagement strategies, preferably in a government environment liaising with Ministers and their offices. High-level project management experience within a large and complex organisation. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline ordemonstratedequivalent relevant professionalexperience.
