The Opportunity This is a junior, entry-level trainee role within the Workskills Ground Up program, designed to set you up for success through structured training, on-the-job development, and support to complete a Certificate III in Business. As part of our Support Centre Team, youll be the first point of contact for enquiries, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, call centre environment while building valuable admin and customer service skills. Youll handle calls, respond to enquiries, and support day-to-day operations, no two days are the same. What we are looking for Strong organisational, and time management skills Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, maintaining confidentiality Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain high standards of customer service Ability to perform general administrative tasks, including: Data entry Electronic filing Mail and correspondence management Scheduling and diary management Ability and willingness to use and learn: Current office technology and equipment Microsoft Windows and Office Email (Outlook) and database management Maintenance of electronic filing systems Multi-line telephone systems.
