Job Description

Support two shopping centres in Tuggerah & Kotara of 120 tenants. Build valuable, long-term relationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and key stakeholders to grow professionally. No licence? No problem well support you in obtaining your real estate certification. Who were looking for? Current NSWreal estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support). Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency. The role Join Knight Franks national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/ Shopping centres with 120 tenants. Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers and customers. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.| Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships. Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records. Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance. Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
