About the RoleWere looking for a hands-on Project Manager with demolition and remediation experience to take ownership of project delivery in every aspect. Youll oversee the full lifecycle of demolition and remediation projects from planning and approvals through to delivery and close-out ensuring safety, compliance, cost control and client satisfaction at every stage. This is a perfect opportunity for you to work locally to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. With a blend of tier one and tier two commercial, marine, government and industrial projects to lead, each day will be different and will suit someone who thrives on variety, works well with diverse stakeholders and inherently demonstrates a calm, professional, solutions mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage remediation projects from tender through to completion Oversee environmental, safety and quality requirements on-site Take ownership of contracts, budgets, and program schedules Build and maintain strong client, consultant and regulator relationships Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors Provide technical input and problem-solving on complex site conditions About You Proven experience delivering demolition and remediation projects (including contaminated land, hazardous materials, or similar) Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage contracts and budgets Ability to lead and motivate teams in dynamic project environments Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills Why Join Us?
