Position Scope: Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems (XENTRY/DAS) Complete warranty and goodwill repairs in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation for all work performed Adhere to all workshop safety, quality, and environmental standards Mentor apprentice technicians and contribute to a positive workshop culture Participate in Mercedes-Benz factory and Autosports Group training programs Communicate technical findings clearly with the service advising team Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience: Qualified Automotive Technician with a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) Experience working with prestige and luxury brands would be advantageous (BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Jaguar, or equivalent) with Mercedes-Benz experience highly regarded Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and electrical fault-finding Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting workshop productivity targets Mercedes-Benz XENTRY/DAS experience advantageous A positive, professional attitude and willingness to continue learning Valid drivers licence What Youll Get: The chance to represent a globally recognised luxury brand with opportunity to receive a $1500 referral bonus for successful referrals to the business Work on the latest Mercedes-Benz models with state-of-the-art workshop equipment Ongoing Mercedes-Benz factory training and manufacturer-accredited skill development Clear career progression pathways from technician to Master Technician and beyond Competitive flat-rate remuneration and performance incentives Paid Parental Leave, discounted private health cover, free Molinari coffee daily Employee Assistance Program and a workshop culture built on safety and respect This Is More Than a Job: Its a chance to build something exceptional from the ground up, with the right training, support, and a leadership team that genuinely invests in your future.
