The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydneys western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.Nepean Hospital is seeking a skilled Billing Liaison Officer to support the efficient and effective collection of revenue for patient services across the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. This role is responsible for supporting and resolving billing requests from HealthShare NSW and internal stakeholder by coordinating escalations, identifying solutions and addressing billing and revenue issues as they arise. The position also involves reviewing revenue reports and undertaking regular monitoring to ensure accuracy, compliance and optimisation of revenue outcomes.The Billing Liaison Officer will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, assisting with clinician onboarding including the completion of required documentation, and building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
