The Role We are seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to deliver regular lawn and yard maintenance services for an NDIS participant based in Mullaquana SA. This is an ongoing subcontracting role with flexible hours, supporting the client to maintain a safe and pleasant outdoor area. You will work independently, providing scheduled garden maintenance while ensuring outdoor spaces remain accessible and well-kept. Responsibilities Mowing lawns and trimming edges Weeding and general yard tidying Watering plants and maintaining garden beds Clearing paths and ensuring safe access points Communicating respectfully and professionally with the participant About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in domestic garden and yard care Competent using lawn care tools and gardening equipment Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable Able to work independently and manage time effectively Confident working with NDIS participants or in similar community settings Requirements Own gardening equipment and tools Reliable vehicle and current driver''s licence ABN (subcontractor) NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check First Aid & CPR (desirable) LocationMullaquana SA Local travel required.
