About the Role Renko Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across our group of manufacturing and field service businesses. This is a non-technical, administration-focused project role responsible for keeping operations aligned, schedules on track, and teams coordinated across multiple business units. You will work closely with Production Managers, Field Service Managers, Engineering, and team leaders to ensure jobs are planned, resourced, and delivered efficiently. The role is central to maintaining visibility across all active jobsbalancing priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met across manufacturing, site works, and internal operations. About Renko Group Renko Group is a business incubator supporting multiple businesses across manufacturing, construction, and industrial services. Our portfolio includes Select Switchboards, Select Industrial, Icon Engraving, Custom Works, Dynamix Fabrication, Top Coat IFC, Lighthouse Building Automation, and Custom Works NT. We provide shared operational support, systems, and strategic direction to help each business scale efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring coordination and alignment across the group. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination Develop and maintain production schedules, job schedules, and field service schedules across multiple businesses Coordinate workflow between production, field teams, engineering, and admin functions Ensure all departments are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Project Administration Track the progress of multiple jobs across the group Maintain accurate job status, timelines, and scheduling data Ensure documentation, job tracking, and internal systems are up to date Capacity & Resource Planning Monitor workload and capacity across teams Assist in balancing labour and resources to meet deadlines Identify scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and escalate early Operational Support Support Production Managers and Field Service Managers with planning and coordination Assist in resolving scheduling issues, delays, or resourcing gaps Ensure materials, labour, and sequencing are aligned with job timelines Reporting & Visibility Provide regular updates on job progress, schedules, and delivery timelines Maintain clear visibility across all active work for management Process Improvement Help improve scheduling systems, workflows, and coordination processes Identify inefficiencies and contribute to better operational structure Who Were Looking For This role suits someone who is highly organised, structured, and detail-driven, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
