This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced manager who can oversee highvolume billing, receipting and debt recovery operations while ensuring excellence in service delivery and alignment with NSW Health and HealthShare NSW guidelines.In this influential role, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational performance of the Patient Billing, Receipting and Debt Recovery Teams, ensuring revenue activities are delivered accurately, on time and to required quality standards. You will also act as the central authority for information, coordination and costing of Medicare Ineligible Patientsan area requiring sound judgement, accuracy and the ability to interpret legislation and policy.As a critical link between frontline transactional teams, the Manager and senior stakeholders, you will provide advice, operational leadership and continuity across multiple sites. You will shape and implement business models, support continuous improvement, and contribute to initiatives that optimise cash flow, mitigate risk and strengthen compliance.
