We are committed to reducing landfill and achieving the highest recycling rates across WA. We are currently seeking reliable, safety-focused labourers to join our team at our Hope Valley facility. Casual with a view to permanent About the Role This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position working on a busy picking station within a Waste & Recycling Transfer Facility. Duties include: Sorting materials (brick, concrete, plastic, timber, metal) from conveyor systems Manual handling and shovelling Continuous standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements Working in a high-risk environment where safe behaviours are critical Maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures at all times This role requires constant attention and safe decision-making, it is not suitable for those who are not confident working in physically demanding environments.
