Action Linemarking is seeking 5 General Labourers to join our ACT crew. This is a hands-on outdoor role assisting with road and car park linemarking, sign manufacturing/installation and general civil labouring.Casual probationary position (minimum 6 months) with consistent full-time hours and opportunity to transition to permanent for the right candidates. About the Role Working as part of a crew, you will assist with: Road, warehouse & car park linemarking preparation and application Sign manufacturing and installation support Loading/unloading materials and site set-up/pack-down Operating basic hand and power tools Maintaining safe and tidy worksites Occasional night or weekend shifts as required Experience (Highly Regarded) Linemarking or signage experience Civil construction or general outdoor labouring Traffic Control, MR/HR Licence or EWP tickets Minimum Requirements C Class Drivers Licence White Card Asbestos Awareness Silica Awareness Physically fit and reliable Able to work flexible hours What We Offer Casual probationary role with full-time hours Competitive hourly rates + penalties Ongoing training and ticket support Supportive team environment Opportunity to move into permanent full-time employment
