Job Opportunities - Maintenance Fitters & Mechanical Fitters (Longwarry) Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical/Maintenance Fitters to join a well-established maintenance team within a high-speed food and beverage production environment. You will be working with industry-leading automated equipment and play a key role in ensuring site reliability and performance. Shift Rotation (3 Weeks) Week 1: Afternoon 2:00pm-10:00pm + oncall 10:00pm-6:00am (incl. weekends)Late night callouts are rare (approx. 5 per year) Week 2: Mid 8:00am-4:00pm Week 3: Day 6:00am-2:00pm Afternoon shift includes oncall rotation $350 per week oncall allowance, Allowance paid every three weeks Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot highspeed automated machinery Faultfinding and breakdown support Conduct quality and safety checks Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams Adhere to GMP, safety, and company procedures About You Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter Experience in fastpaced manufacturing or automation Strong faultfinding skills Knowledge of GMP and safety compliance Teamfocused with strong communication skills Who we are As one of Australia''s largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
