The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Indian dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in a busy kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori, and regional specialties Plan menus and assist in developing new recipes Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained Manage kitchen operations including stock control and ordering supplies Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with regulations Supervise and train kitchen staff where required Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Skills & Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) OR minimum 3 years relevant experience Proven experience in Indian cuisine Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes Ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills in English Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends About Company COTTAGE HOSPITALITY GROUP PTY LTD operates India Cottage, a well-established Indian restaurant located in Kwinana Town Centre, WA 6167.
