Success in this role looks like: Stock received and recorded accurately Orders picked and dispatched on time with minimal errors Warehouse kept organised, safe, and efficient Production supported without delays This role involves regular manual handling and suits someone comfortable with physical work. Key Responsibilities Stock Control Receive, check, and record incoming materials Maintain accurate stock movements and documentation Identify and report discrepancies or damaged stock Order Preparation & Dispatch Pick and pack orders accurately Prepare and check jobs prior to dispatch Load trucks safely and in line with schedules Warehouse Organisation Keep stock organised, labelled, and easy to access Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Support stock control and inventory accuracy Production Support Assist with component manufacturing when required Operate equipment safely and correctly Work with the Leading Hand to meet production timelines Safety Follow all safety procedures and safe work practices Maintain a hazard-free environment Report risks or incidents promptly Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role Forklift licence (essential) Drivers licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and organisation Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Construction or building industry experience (preferred but not essential) Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Who This Role Suits Youll do well in this role if you: Take pride in getting things right the first time Work efficiently and stay organised under pressure Enjoy hands-on, physical work Take ownership and follow through on tasks Contribute positively to a team environment Location Winnellie, NT onsite role with parking available Apply Now If you''re an experienced warehouse or operations professional looking for a stable, full-time role in a well-run and growing business, wed love to hear from you.
