We are seeking a volunteer videographer to support a meaningful community storytelling and book launch event titled Local Stories of Resilience, to be held at Warragul Community House in Gippsland. This event brings together local community members to share lived experiences through storytelling, with a focus on connection, mental health awareness, and reducing social isolation. It is delivered by Warragul Community House (lead applicant) in partnership with Kintsugi Heroes, a not-for-profit storytelling organisation. Key Duties The volunteer videographer will: Capture key moments of the event, including: Author reading (Sarah Rosse) Panel discussion (community voices and lived experience advocates) Audience engagement and interaction Film the overall atmosphere and feel of the event Provide raw footage for future storytelling and community impact use (basic editing is optional, not required) Skills and Experience We are looking for someone who: - Has basic videography skills (professional or beginner welcome) - Can operate their own camera equipment - Is comfortable filming in a small, indoor setting - Has an interest in storytelling, community work, or social impact (preferred but not essential) ** Category ** Mental Health ** Commitment ** One off - a few hours ** Type Of Work ** Fundraising & Events,Marketing, Media & Communications, ** Time Required ** This is a one-off volunteer opportunity for a community event.
