Long-term work opportunity Essential requirements YOU MUST MEET to work on Garden Island Defence Security Clearance - you must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check Location - Approximately 45km South of Perth, it is on base at Garden Island.
