Bakers Delight Tuggerah is seeking an Apprentice Baker to join the team. In your baking apprenticeship, you will work toward: Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs Supporting the Qualified Baker, Production Manager and Bakery manager in all areas of the production space Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS standards Actively participating in your Apprenticeship with all required training completed within appropriate time frames Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required To be successful you will possess the following skills/attributes: Passion for baking Willingness to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship Keen learning ability Ability to complete training modules to a satisfactory standard Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable environment Desire to become a trade qualified baker! No previous experience required. Be available for early morning starts over a seven day roster. Need reliable transport. Position is Full Time 38hrs p/w. Apprenticeship is a 4yr undertaking and applicant needs to be be an Austrailian citizen or permanent resident. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
