About the role Youll travel across the Southern Shoalhaven region (including Bay & Basin, Sussex Inlet, Bendalong, Manyana, Lake Conjola, Milton, Ulladulla, Burrill Lake and occasionally Nowra), supporting clients in their homes. Your day may include: Personal care (showering, dressing, medication assistance) Meal preparation, shopping and light household tasks Social support and companionship Community access and outings No two days are the same but every day is meaningful. If youre someone who: Is kind, patient and genuinely enjoys helping others Communicates well and builds strong relationships Is reliable and able to work independently Takes pride in delivering high-quality care Is open to learning and growing in the role Previous experience is great but your attitude and values matter most.
