The Opportunity As a recruitment consultant, you will be taking over a desk with massive growth potential. Your mission is to partner with blue collar businesses across the construction, industrial, transport, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors. Youll be placing high-demand talent like forklift operators, machine operators, and laborers in a fast-paced environment where speed of delivery is the key to success. What Youll Do Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development initiatives. Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively. What You Bring A background in Sales or Recruitment You are outcome-focused, comfortable with cold calling, and enjoy being out in the field visiting clients.
