Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW GovernmentSelection CriteriaRelevant tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline and/ or demonstrated experience in the delivery of aged care services in the community environment.Proven ability to manage and support a multidisciplinary team, planning and coordinating work, coaching and developing staff, and managing performance, including the ability to achieve performance targets, reporting deadlines and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Demonstrated Experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/ or initiatives.Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deliver oral presentations, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.Proven interpersonal, engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with clinicians, customers and stakeholders.Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.Demonstrated IT skills, including database management and analysis.Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
