Heres your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.In this role, you''ll:Deliver an end to end case management function for matters regarding worker misconduct and ensure the resolution process and any investigation is effectively undertaken and aligns with procedural fairness, risk mitigation, and legal and enterprise standards. Key to the role is an understanding of employee welfare in the process and engagement with various stakeholders, including the Executive.We have two types of positions available: Roles delivering the end to end case management function for general misconduct matters and roles delivering the end to end case management function specifically for matters involving fraud and corruption.You will value collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture. You will be a trusted, approachable and strategic partner working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure relevant information is provided about matters to enable regulatory and legislative compliance. You will ensure a consistent and accepted approach to effectively resolve conduct issues and implement preventative measures.You will be familiar with and will comply with a range of compliance and reporting services such as the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Public Interest Disclosures (PID), Office of the Childrens Guardian, NSW Police, and NSW Ombudsmans Office matters to ensure transparency with stakeholders and adaptation to new or revised legislation, TfNSW or government policy.We are currently looking to fill several roles. The team hub for this role will be located in Macquarie Park and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About youYou are a positive and empathetic professional who has experience in end-to-end case management, including the investigation, of matters relating to employee misconduct and/or fraud and corruption.You are an exceptional verbal and written communicator with demonstrated experience in facilitating respectful group conflict discussions. You will also have the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes in line with Transports expectations.You will be able to effectively resolve, including by way of investigation if necessary, highly complex and sensitive issues, make unbiased and ethical judgements and negotiate positive resolutions.
