Youll be supported by your Line Manager, Allied Health Lead, and experienced team members, with a comprehensive orientation and ongoing professional development opportunities provided.About the RoleAs a Counsellor within the Stimulant Treatment Program, you will:Conduct client assessments and develop, implement, and review appropriate care and management plans.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure care decisions are evidence-based and client-centred.Participate in team discussions to guide individual case decisions and treatment pathways.Manage competing priorities and respond flexibly to the dynamic and evolving needs of clients.Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.This role offers variety, meaningful client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to positive health outcomes within a specialised treatment setting.About YouYou are an enthusiastic and motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
