About the role Erskine Discount Drug Store is seeking an experienced Full Time Dispensary Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our busy pharmacy. What you''ll be doing Assist the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications Receive and process customer prescriptions, including data entry and labelling Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving and stocking of supplies Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing any concerns Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant regulations Support the pharmacy team with any other administrative or operational tasks as required such as finalizing claims and liaising with other health professionals Aid in webster packing Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm What we''re looking for Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy Assistant Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems, we use FRED.
