We are currently seeking multiple reliable candidates for casual on-call Bottling & Packaging roles across various client sites located in the Barossa Valley. These roles involve repetitive manual handling tasks and prolonged standing. They are best suited to individuals who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. The roles require individuals who Are physically capable (can handle lifting, standing, repetition without issues) Is reliable and consistent (shows up, works hard, doesnt slow the line) Can follow instructions and pay attention to detail Work well in a team environment Have flexibility with shifts (there may be rotating shift requirements day/afternoon/night) Are comfortable in a structured, fast paced environment Work will involve Standing for long periods Repetitive work tasks/ same motions Fast-paced line work, expectations to keep up with production targets Manual labour (lifting, moving, handling items) Pre-employment requirementsYoull need to successfully pass: A musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk Drug and alcohol testing Provide two (2) contactable work-related referees Expectations Minimum 3 days per week availability (MonFri) Hold a current drivers licence and have reliable transport Must have full working rights in Australia (no short-term visa holders - 88-day) PLEASE NOTE: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
