Are you a strategic thinker who can turn complex cleaning specifications into winning commercial proposals? We are looking for a Bid & Pricing Specialist to lead our tender submissions. This is a high-impact role where youll bridge the gap between operational reality and commercial growth, ensuring our bids are competitive, compliant, and profitable. Youll be the architect of our proposals, translating site plans and client needs into structured service models, accurate labour allocations, and persuasive bid content. Key Responsibilities 1. Bid Leadership & Writing Lead the end-to-end preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and capability statements. Deconstruct tender documents to identify key evaluation criteria. Write clear, persuasive responses that align our service capabilities with client expectations. Maintain a consistent brand voice and high-quality presentation across all documents. 2. Commercial Scoping & Pricing Develop accurate pricing models based on productivity, service frequencies, and site requirements. Interpret floor plans and cleaning schedules to determine precise labour allocations. Analyse site complexity (traffic patterns, building types) to mitigate commercial risk. Prepare itemised costing models that balance competitiveness with sustainable margins. 3. Operational Collaboration Conduct site inspections to evaluate layouts, floor types, and usage patterns. Partner with Operations, Finance, and HSEQ teams to validate resourcing assumptions. Translate site observations into practical, real-world service delivery plans. 4. Process & Compliance Ensure all submissions meet legal and WHS requirements. Manage the tender library, including policies, case studies, and certifications. Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, ensuring all internal stakeholders meet submission timelines. Analyse tender outcomes to continuously refine our pricing benchmarks and productivity data. What Youll Bring Proven experience in bid management or commercial pricing within the Cleaning or Facilities Management industry. Strong ability to interpret site plans, technical specs, and financial data to build robust pricing models. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex operational models into compelling narratives. A knack for managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
