The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territoryan area of almost 780,000 square kilometres. The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights. An applicant selected under this affirmative action plan will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility prior to commencement, such as: completed statutory declaration form, or supporting statement from an appropriate Aboriginal organisation THE ROLE PM007 - Contract Management System Implementation Specialist Fixed Term - 12 Month Contract SO A Plus KEY FUNCTIONS Strategic Impact - As Contract Management System Implementation Specialist, you won''t just be implementing softwareyou''ll be designing workflows that protect Indigenous interests, ensure statutory compliance with Native Title and Aboriginal Land Rights legislation, and enable informed decision-making on agreements worth tens of millions of dollars. Technical Complexity - Manage the full spectrum of contract complexity: multi-party joint ventures, conditional mining licenses with cultural heritage provisions, long-term pastoral leases, time-sensitive exploration permits, and funding agreements with government agencies. Each requires sophisticated workflow orchestration and compliance automation. Genuine Autonomy - As the subject matter expert, you''ll drive the project direction. We''re seeking someone who can own the entire lifecycleassess, design, procure, implement, and transitionwith executive-level stakeholder engagement throughout. BENEFITS Competitive salary and benefits package, 15.4% superannuation, five weeks annual leave and Christmas shut down period. Generous salary packaging (maximum $29,000 annually, depending on individual circumstances); Ongoing district allowance (circa $3,760 for an individual or $6,900 with dependents); Relocation assistance, should you be moving to the region; and Subsidised, for the first 4 months of contract.
