Operating in a collaborative, matrix environment, you will guide how PIP responds to government directions, strategic issues and evolving customer needs.You will translate enterprise direction into a clear and compelling strategic narrative, enabling leaders to prioritise effectively and act with confidence. You confidently partner with senior leaders, navigate competing priorities and shape strategic outcomes.You have led end-to-end strategic planning processes from environmental scanning and priority setting through to roadmap development, performance alignment and execution oversight ensuring clear line of sight between objectives, initiatives, risks and outcomes.You influence executive-level decisions and communicate complex information in a clear, compelling and actionable way. You bring clarity to ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders and enable informed decision-making.While you have a solid understanding of strategy, governance, risk and assurance, you are not required to be the technical subject matter expert. You demonstrate sound judgement, confidence in decision-making and the ability to leverage expertise across teams to drive outcomes.You are a credible leader, experienced in presenting, facilitating and using data to inform decisions, and in building high-performing teams that partner effectively with executives and other relevant stakeholders.
