Hands-on. Solutions-focused. Business-minded. Were looking for a proactive IT Officer / Generalist to support and maintain our day-to-day IT operations. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Cardup (3 days per week), suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and being the go-to person for all things tech. Youll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage ERP system user access and provide system troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and support activities Liaise with external IT service providers for technical support and warranty coordination Configure and set up computers, peripherals, and software applications Provide responsive IT support (phone, email, remote, and in-person) Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently Perform routine system maintenance including updates, patches, and installations Ensure regular data backups and assist with data recovery processes Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems Support system improvements, streamlining, and process automation initiatives Oversee software licensing and renewals Monitor and maintain network performance, identifying and implementing improvements About You (essential) Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar Proven experience supporting and maintaining Pronto ERP systems Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users Why Join Us?
