Job Title

Reporting to Production Manager, this is a full time role assisting in the manufacturing of our road safety products, as well as providing assistance as required for all operational aspects of the business, including loading, unloading and deployment of our range of road safety and traffic products. We are seeking applicants with a high level of self-motivation, work ethic and initiative, the ability to prioritise quality and safety, a high level of attention to detail, as well as a professional manner and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal applicant will havefamiliarity with the roads and/or infrastructure industries. Applicants with a dogging license will be highly regarded. Position Summary Key Focus Areas Assist with the assembly and manufacturing of road safety and infrastructure products Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Load and unload materials and finished goods Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment Support warehouse and dispatch activities as required Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in a factory, warehouse or labouring role (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to learn and take direction Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Understanding of workplace health and safety practices Ability to work well in a team environment Forklift licence (essential) Dogging license (highly desirable, but not essential) Hold a current, valid Australian drivers licence and have own reliable transport Position Benefits Established, successful and innovative company Company culture that values initiative and ideas for process improvement Opportunity to grow and develop Flexible and diverse workplace that encourages work/life balance Apply Now If youre a motivated individual looking to build a career in road safety industry, wed love to hear from you.
