Area Manager Disability Services (NDIS) Location: SheppartonEmployment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced House Coodinator to oversee disability accommodation and support services across a designated region. This leadership role is responsible for managing multiple services, leading House Coordinators and Service Delivery leaders, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, person-centred supports. Youll play a key role in service quality, workforce performance, and continuous improvement across the area. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple services Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards Manage incidents, complaints, and service risks Support staffing, rostering, and workforce planning Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders Drive service quality and continuous improvement About You Proven experience in disability service management (NDIS environment) Strong leadership and people-management skills Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance Ability to manage multiple services and competing priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Requirements Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or similar NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Current Drivers License What We Offer Leadership role with autonomy and impact Supportive management team Career progression opportunities Competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.41 $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
