APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Orchard Manager or 2IC to oversee a large-scale citrus operation, with a strong focus on lemon production. This role is based in Mangrove Mountain, NSW, and involves managing an established orchard of over 4,000 lemon trees. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the orchard, ensuring optimal tree health, productivity, and quality output.
