This is a hands-on role supporting our cold storage and dispatch operations, ensuring product quality, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth day-to-day warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities Work in refrigerated and temperature-controlled storage and dispatch areas Pick, pack, check and dispatch finished products accurately Receive and move stock, cartons and packaging materials as required Maintain batch, use-by-date and stock rotation accuracy Assist with stock control, inventory checks and general warehouse organisation Maintain cold chain integrity and food safety standards throughout storage and dispatch Perform regular manual handling tasks and occasional forklift use as required Support cleaning and hygiene standards within cold storage and dispatch areas Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch or cold storage operations preferred Ability to work in a cold environment and perform regular manual handling tasks Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one Good attention to detail and ability to follow stock rotation and batch control processes Basic computer skills Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred Why Join Us?
