Full-Time Takeaway Shop Manager We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Full-Time Manager to lead our takeaway shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service Manage and support staff, including training and supervision Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Assist in the kitchen during busy periods Create and manage staff rosters Handle stock ordering and inventory control Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met Complete end-of-day procedures, including cleaning, organising, and reporting About You: Previous experience in hospitality or a similar leadership role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead a team and work under pressure Hands-on attitude with a willingness to work in the kitchen Good communication skills and attention to detail Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices What We Offer: Full-time, stable position Supportive team environment Competitive hourly rate ($35$45 depending on experience) Opportunity to grow with the business If youre a motivated leader who takes pride in quality and teamwork, wed love to hear from you.
