Temporary Full-time up to 24 months LOCATION: Parramatta, Wollongong and Newcastle Our employees work principally in the workplace, however, there may be some travel involved in this role. About the Role NSW Public Works (NSW PW) is excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Systems Officer to join our Business Process & Client Systems team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of digital tools and processes that enable high quality outcomes across infrastructure, construction, advisory and emergency management projects, while contributing to the continued evolution of PWs project controls ecosystem. About You In this role you will bring credibility and a highly collaborative approach working closely with the Advisor, Business Systems to support project control activities and drive broader business system and process improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in performing and facilitating detailed business analysis, clearly defining problems, requirements, objectives and opportunities for initiatives such as application integration and translating these into detailed user stories to support system development and delivery. To undertake this role successfully, you will require one or more of the following: Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience of Power Platform/Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Microsoft model-driven apps and canvas apps/Power Automate Experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of Project Control and Construction Management Applications (project, risk, quality, finance, reporting, and information management) Experience with Data Warehouses and reporting Experience with PowerBI Reporting and analytics Experience delivering projects following an Agile methodology Experience capturing and developing detailed functional requirements and granular user stories for development. Experience training end users utilising bespoke software solutions.
