Job Description

Full time 35 hours per week Temporary up to 2 years (up to 30June 2028) Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations with a DPIRD office. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally. Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary from $ 113,574.00 to $ 125,720.00 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading About the RoleThe role develops, manages and implements a range of projects to support the implementation of the Research & Development Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement Framework and other evaluation initiatives. About YouYou are a skilled and collaborative professional with experience in developing and managing monitoring and evaluation programs, creating key documentation, and coordinating performance analysis. You will have strong research and analytical skills, a proven ability to work across research and development projects, and a track record of implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and guidelines, ensuring the success of program and project objectives. As our ideal candidate, you will bring: Proven experience in developing, managing, and overseeing monitoring and evaluation programs and projects. Strong ability to create and deliver key documentation, including monitoring plans, project logics, impact reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Experience coordinating consultations to analyse and report performance against agreed targets, including benchmarking. Collaborative team player with experience in coordinating the implementation of monitoring and evaluation across research and development projects. Demonstrated research and analytical skills to support the development of key projects. Ability to implement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of branch objectives. Knowledgeable in developing monitoring and evaluation methodologies, guidelines, and processes.
